Lauchey is the trading brand of LAUCHEY INTERNATIONAL TRADE LTD., a company based at 1801 E Holt Blvd #1194, Ontario, CA 91761, USA. We supply home goods — kitchen & dining, storage, bathroom, outdoor and lighting — to retailers, distributors and consumers across the United States.
Both. We serve wholesale and bulk customers with volume pricing, case packing and freight programs, and we also make our collections available to individual customers. Contact us with your needs and we’ll point you to the right program.
We ship throughout the continental US from our Ontario, CA location. Standard ground, expedited and LTL freight options are available. Wholesale orders over $1,000 qualify for free freight within the continental US. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
In-stock orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Ground delivery usually arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. LTL freight orders for larger outdoor furniture may take 7–14 business days.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, resalable condition. Certain items, such as custom or clearance goods, are final sale. Please review our Shipping & Returns page and contact us before returning any product.
Yes. Our products are sourced and documented to meet applicable US consumer product safety and labeling requirements for their category, including relevant FDA contact-surface considerations for foodware and UL/ETL listing where required for lighting. We maintain product documentation for our wholesale partners.
Care instructions vary by material. Ceramic and stoneware are generally dishwasher-safe; wood and bamboo should be hand-washed and dried promptly; textiles follow the sewn-in care label; lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified person. Detailed care notes accompany each wholesale line sheet.
Yes. For wholesale and freight partners we provide commercial documentation, packing lists and product compliance information to support smooth customs clearance and retailer onboarding. Reach out and we’ll prepare the documents for your order.
